We have tried to anticipate your questions by providing a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)- if there is something we have missed, please let us know.

1. What are cyber greeting cards?
   Back Fence Greetings allows you to create and send greeting cards to your friends via email.

2. What if I enter a friend's email wrong?
   If you think you made a mistake with the recipient's email, just send him/her another card.

3. I sent a card to a friend, and he/she didn't get it. What happened?
   The most likely answer is the email address was entered incorrectly.

4. What is the Birthday Club?
   The Birthday Club is a special feature designed for Back Fence members. You can find Birthday Club members sorted by userID or by birthday. What does this mean? Well, you can look through Club members for any given month, and send that person a card.

5. What are the benefits?
   Any Back Fence member can send you a card on your birthday. Or, you can send cards to other Birthday Club members. It's a great way to make new friends!

6. How do I join?
   Click on the link that says Join the Birthday Club. Then, enter your userID and password, just as you do when you log onto the Back Fence. A form will appear, allowing you to enter your user id, email address, and birthday (just the day and month). Please check your email address carefully. Then click the radio button beside "Yes, I'd like to join the Birthday Club, and click the Send button. You will see a confirmation pop up.

7. I've changed my mind. How do I quit?
   Click on the link that says Edit or Leave the Birthday Club. Then, enter your userID and password, just as you do when you log onto the Back Fence. When the form appears, you'll notice that the radio button beside "No, I get too much email. Please remove my name." is checked. Just click on the Send button to remove your name. You will see a confirmation pop up.

8. Can I still send cards if I don't join?
   Yes, you can.

9. Can I send a card to someone who isn't a Back Fence member?
   Yes, we have an express pickup for people who aren't members. It's on the page where you log into the Back Fence.

10. I have some cute card ideas. How do I send them in?
    You can send us a picture in jpg or gif format. It should be 200 pixels wide by 300 pixels high. Just send them as an attachment with your email. Send us card ideas.
